The cost depends on size, standard and plot. We build everything from affordable terraced houses to exclusive detached homes. Contact us for a free quote tailored to your wishes.
We build detached houses, semi-detached homes, terraced houses and vacation homes. All new construction uses modern, energy-efficient solutions and high building standards. We work both to order and on speculation.
A typical building project takes 8–12 months depending on scope and season. We keep you updated throughout the process and make sure the timeline is met.
No! We have built all over Åland, including Kattby, Möckelö and Öra (Hammarland), Sviby (Jomala), Eckerö and Mariehamn. We gladly take on projects anywhere on Åland.
We install Thermia air-water heat pumps, hydronic underfloor heating, well-insulated walls and energy-efficient windows. Our homes have low operating costs and a comfortable indoor climate year-round.
